Item arrived not as described
Unfortunately, it is well known that the ones who are penalized are only us buyers. Because sellers are allowed to do anything without being penalized. They can change listings whenever they want. By scamming and being sneaky. By not sending what is in the item description, I am angry and bitter toward eBay. I hope that one day they will change the rules. And side with the buyer, defending them in disputes.

Mentore2 years agoVery strange, you’re one of the few who complain about the lack of protection for buyers... ebay now protects ONLY buyers!
So if you didn’t carefully follow ebay’s rules, which already exist, or you lost some dispute, clearly you didn’t follow them scrupulously or you made some mistake.
If you want to be more precise by telling what happened, maybe we can get an idea...
