Item delivered but never received

I bought an item here on Ebay and both the seller and I are told it was delivered, but I never received it. The address the seller has is wrong, even though my profile had the correct one, so I don't know if it was put in wrong on purpose to justify the fact that it wasn't actually delivered. I've bought tons of items here on Ebay and something like this has never happened to me. I asked Ebay to step in, but I haven't received any response yet and the seller has no intention of resolving the problem. There isn't even a customer service number to ask for help or an email address to contact. Service is nothing short of awful.
