Item delivered. Seller cannot receive payment because it is not listed in the system
Hello, I was contacted by the seller of an item (I am the buyer) who unfortunately can’t collect the money because the item doesn’t show as delivered. In reality it was delivered and I received it. Do you know how I can help him? Thanks

probably the seller is a beginner and doesn’t know that for new users payments are held for at least 15 days, regardless of delivery.
They just have to wait.
