Counterfeit item

I purchased a TRX in mid-January. Unfortunately, due to some issues I wasn't able to use it until this week, and as soon as I could I noticed some things that led me to contact TRX Italia and discover that the item is fake. Unfortunately, I can no longer ask for a refund because the 90 days have expired. What can I do now?
