Counterfeit article

A few months ago I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from a seller listed as " Dyson official" but I have reason to believe the item is counterfeit. In these months that I have had the chance to test it, it has been absolutely not performant, and comparing it with the same model bought in a physical store, it turns out to be different in many details, as well as obviously in performance. I also note that it is not possible to contact the seller and the page seems to be nonexistent.
I therefore wish as soon as possible to be able to take action, if necessary also legally, regarding the matter, having spent a full €404.
How can I proceed?
