DEFECTIVE ITEM
at the end of March 2023 I received an item (hydraulic press) that was CLEARLY defective in its components and in its operation as well and NOT at all matching the descriptions cited on the portal; after assembling it, very serious problems emerged, so it is unusable for its intended purpose. and therefore never used. after several messages the seller always tries to buy time, claiming that he should somehow take steps to make up for the problem .....in reality' he let a lot of time pass, managing to go beyond the time for returning the item. Anyway, since there is the 24-MONTH warranty, how can I do to get at least the replacement of the defective parts?
