Article never arrived
I placed an order on 27/07/2024 and the expected delivery date was 31/07/2024.
After various reports, eBay’s final response was “refund not issued because the seller states that the package has been delivered or is about to arrive”
As of today, 21/08/2024, nothing has ever arrived for me and, magically, the delivery date shows as completed on 31/07/2024, but above all they have no intention of refunding the payment.
NEVER BUY FROM EBAY AGAIN!
Let me know if this has happened to anyone else and if you know how to help me resolve the problem?

Mentore2 years agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If a courier certifies that the package with that tracking code was delivered to your address, it’s obvious that you are not entitled to any refund.
The same would apply to any remote sales platform.
