Paid for item and never shipped
I purchased an item from Balduzzi abbigliamento on June 11 and sent a message asking for the tracking code when they would ship it. The expected delivery was marked as June 12 - June 17. Not only did they not even bother to respond to the messages sent until this morning, but the item does not appear to have been shipped. Despicable in the truest sense of the word. What do you suggest? Thanks
