Good evening, I sold a product on eBay, of modest value. Like 20 euros for the product and 15 for shipping. Total 35 euros. I paid the shipping costs upfront at the post office. The package doesn't arrive, Poste Italiane says it was lost and reimburses me 12 euros. That’s roughly what I paid when I shipped it. What refund should I give the buyer? Obviously he would want all 35.....
