Article removed for violation
Hello, I made a purchase but the order doesn’t show as shipped and the seller isn’t responding. I read a message from eBay saying that the listing was removed for violating the rules and the seller is no longer reachable. I submitted a request to cancel the order. Is this the procedure to get a refund?
