Hello, does anyone know what can be done if you buy a new phone and it arrives used? sold by victory-store in September 2024, in April 2025 I discovered a malfunction, not being able to contact the seller I reached out to the phone support and was told that it is out of warranty because it shows it was turned on in 2022, do I need to file a report with the postal police?
