Good morning, the buyer of my Dyson would like to return the item because they claim it doesn’t match the description in the listing. In the conditions, I had set returns not accepted. If anything, how should I proceed

if a return request for a non-conforming item is opened, you will be required to handle it, providing a return label and then refunding it.
If you object, you will lose money and the item.
For private sellers, the only return you can refuse is one for a change of mind.
