Claims of non-delivery by the courier
I note that for the third time the HRP Parcel courier, which handles sorting on behalf of Hermes at least in my area (province of Genoa), has posted a supposed failed delivery at their supposed pass, for the third time, even though I was present and reachable, having provided my mobile number.

Mentore3 years agoYou need to complain directly to the courier.
If they mark you as absent, the package gets sent back because of your fault and you’re not eligible for a refund.
