Terrible chat support
It’s not acceptable, after what we pay in shop fees, commissions and sponsorships, to receive such terrible support. You open the chat, ask your question, and the operator replies several minutes later. In many cases it’s AI interacting, and often the answer isn’t relevant to your question. Truly mind-blowing!!!!
