Scandalous customer service!
I’m opening this post to complain about customer support, since I’ve been waiting for a refund for several days and the customer service reps are absolutely scandalous.
I asked for clarification about the refund and some say it has been completed and sent to my account, while others say it still needs to be processed.....I don’t know who to believe anymore and I’m very disappointed with eBay

Mentore2 years agoIf you followed the procedure correctly, when the refund is issued you’ll get an email from eBay. After that, it depends on the type of payment/account; it can take several days before it shows up.
