Customer service support
I can't get in touch with customer service in any way. When they say they'll call me, the call doesn't go through because, in an email, they claim I must have some sort of block on my phone. It shouldn't be like that because I regularly receive calls. Meanwhile, there is no email address to write to and I think that as things stand there is no solution. Of course, it will be a strong deterrent to buy from that site because in case I need anything, I'm left stranded. If someone can help me. Thanks.

OP1 year agoGood morning, thanks for helping with the reply. Unfortunately, when I ask for assistance via a call from E-bay, they reply by email saying that it was not possible to get in touch with my number, even though it is regularly registered and provided as the number to be called back on. I wouldn't want it to be, unintentionally and probably, that I put it on a black list to avoid being disturbed by various numbers that daily bother me with all kinds of advertising. In that case, not knowing the number that E-Bay calls me from, I wouldn't even be able to recover from the Black List the number that E-Bay calls me from. Thank you for the further information. Mentore1 year agoFor customer service, there is only phone contact. It generally works.
Otherwise there is the community, but to be able to help you, you need to describe the problem.
