Good morning. A few months ago, specifically on June 24, I bought a battery for a mobile phone that at the end of October swelled enormously until it came apart the phone itself and is therefore extremely dangerous. I contacted the seller but received no response. Ebay has no way to be contacted. What should I do? Is it possible that after 4 and a half months I have to cry over an item that is clearly defective and extremely dangerous?
