Auction won, but the seller doesn't ship and doesn't respond

Hello, I’m asking for advice: I won an auction on November 5, but as of today the seller still hasn’t let me know anything about the shipping and isn’t even replying to messages? How should I handle this? eBay tells me to wait until the 14th to report that the item hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but at this point I think the timing won’t be met, if the seller even gets moving. Thanks in advance

If eBay tells you to wait until November 14, it’s because the delivery timeframe had it arriving by the 13th, so it was clearly stated in the listing.... Nothing, if the seller is absent, you simply have to wait. Kind regards.
