Good evening;

help me solve this problem: I held an auction and it went well, except that the buyer withdrew the bid once the auction closed. How can I contact the second-place bidder and tell them that they are the winner..??

Good morning,

something doesn’t add up: once the auction is over, the buyer CANNOT withdraw the offer!

So that means the person who won it doesn’t want to pay... to make a direct offer, read here:
