Once it ended, I put the item back up for sale because it wasn't bought.
I sold an item (apparently it was someone who, because they couldn't buy it for a lower price, won the auction on purpose and didn't pay).
Now the problem is that I relisted the item, canceling the order since I'd been waiting a week for payment, and the buyer isn't even responding, while I have to pay the reserve price fees again.
ON TOP OF THAT, I NOW FIND THE LISTING CANCELED BY EBAY AND THE FEE STILL DUE ANYWAY. But why?

Mentore2 years agoThe Nintendo 3DS is still shown as sold.
If the cancellation process goes through correctly, relisting should be immediate. https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/getting-paid/risolvere-problemi-con-gli-acquirenti-riguardo-oggetti-non-pagati?id=4137&st=3&pos=1&query=Risolvere%20problemi%20con%20gli%20acquirenti%20riguardo%20a%20oggetti%20non%20pagati&intent=non%20pagato&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1091
You can also send a second-chance offer to the next highest bidder .... https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142&st=3&pos=1&query=Fare%20un%27Offerta%20diretta&intent=offerta%20diretta&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1067
