I sold an item (apparently it was someone who, because they couldn't buy it for a lower price, won the auction on purpose and didn't pay).Now the problem is that I relisted the item, canceling the order since I'd been waiting a week for payment, and the buyer isn't even responding, while I have to pay the reserve price fees again.ON TOP OF THAT, I NOW FIND THE LISTING CANCELED BY EBAY AND THE FEE STILL DUE ANYWAY. But why?
