Item lost to opposing bid after time limit

Hello, I’m asking for help regarding an auction I just lost because another participant bid after the time limit, as you can see in the screenshot below.
By any chance has eBay added a logic that extends the auction time in case of last-second bids?

where do you see it written that it’s past the deadline?
Auction deadline 21:33... last bid 21:32.58.

Mentore1 year agoIn the screenshot, you can only see a last-minute bid a few seconds before the deadline, but in time.
