Auction won but impossible to pay
Good morning, as the title says I won an auction where shipping was not specified, so before the end I contacted the seller and he confirmed that he ships to Italy for 12 euros.
The shipping, the seller can't add it, so we agreed that I'll pay him separately on PayPal, putting a reference to the sale in the note.
The problem is that at the moment of payment I get a red eBay warning saying that the seller does not ship to my country.
How can this be solved? Once the auction is closed, can the seller make changes to the shipping?

Mentore3 years agoThe seller has to resolve it... until he enters the shipping method and cost for Italy, you CANNOT pay for the item.
If he wants, he could send you an updated invoice with the shipping costs specified... or cancel the purchase...
