Hello,

you should have noticed this BEFORE taking part in the auction... if you won it, you have formally committed to the purchase.

Of course, you can refuse by kindly asking the seller to cancel your order... or else if you don't pay, you will receive a warning from ebay... one is not very significant, but the more you collect, the harder it will be to buy on ebay... up to expulsion.
