aste: cancellation of last offer
Summary: The discussion concerns the cancellation of the latest offer, but the specific details are not provided by gianfmacca15 or marioelegio.
I often end up being outbid and in this way the bid amount goes up a lot, then at the very last second (I don't know how they do it) the highest bidder withdraws. Then I get the notification that I won because the last bidder withdrew, but all of this happens in about 2 minutes. I checked and there are always 2 bidders, me and another one who then withdraws at the last second, but in the process makes the bid amount rise improperly.
Does this only happen to me? What can I do to report this?

Mentore1 year agoIf the last bidder withdraws after the auction ends, you have no obligation to buy. You can accept or not accept the direct offer the seller is making you. https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142&st=3&pos=2&query=Fare%20un%27Offerta%20diretta&intent=proposta%20al%20secondo%20offerente&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1067
If you believe the auction is rigged, you can report the seller to eBay .... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/segnala-un-problema-con-un-venditore?id=4022&st=3&pos=1&query=Segnala%20un%20problema%20con%20un%20venditore&intent=segnala%20ve&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1299
