Hello everyone,
Is it advisable to create auctions for NEW products in the Electronics category to increase traffic?
Or is it better to apply auctions only to used items (same category)?

Mentore2 years agoEven though the regulations are still being debated, it seems that professional sellers cannot use online auction tools for sales. There is also an interpretive circular from the ministry confirming this ban.
As already indicated by this Ministry with circular no. 3487/C of 1 June 2000, commercial activity carried out on the Internet through the use of a website (e-commerce), where it is carried out with respect to the final consumer and takes the form of internal trade, is subject to the rules of art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 114 of 31 March 1998 and to the obligation of prior notification to the Municipality, to be made using Form COM 6-bis, approved by the Unified Conference (referred to in art. 8 of Legislative Decree no. 281 of 28 August 1997) by resolution of 27 September 2001, published in Official Gazette no. 248 of 24 October 2001.
The aforementioned art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 114/1998 contains, in paragraph 5, a provision that reads: «Sales by auction carried out by means of television or other communication systems are prohibited».
