Waiting for return label
I need to return an item; I received an initial email saying that I would soon receive the shipping label. But still nothing. I have already made 3 requests to send the label, but they only replied to the first one, saying they had sent it and to check carefully. I still haven't received anything despite the follow-ups. What can be done?
