replacement pending
I bought some items on September 29, one wasn’t like the others. I sent an email to the seller with the photos and on October 12 he told me that I would receive communication for the shipment for replacement. He still hasn’t written to me. eBay wrote to me asking for feedback, what should I do? thanks

That way the seller will be forced to do something... if they do nothing, after the fourth day you can ask eBay to step in:
