Waiting for purchase expenses from the United Kingdom

I made a purchase from the United Kingdom, and the package is stuck at customs. Will I have to pay the fees to the courier upon delivery, or will I be contacted by Customs, since it has been held at customs for 7 days?

If you spent a total (item and shipping) of less than 150 euros, you already paid the VAT to eBay.

If you spent more than 150 euros, there are two possibilities:

If GSP shipping was предусмотрed, you paid all customs fees in advance to the carrier Pitney Bowes and you won't have to pay anything else (you can see it both on the listing and on the payment, since there is a payment to eBay and a separate one to Pitney Bowes).
If regular shipping was предусмотрed, you will pay duties, VAT and charges directly to the courier.
