Activate the manufacturer’s warranty after payment with PayPal

Good evening,

I would like to activate the manufacturer’s warranty for a product purchased on eBay and paid for with PayPal. I don’t have an invoice, only the proof of the PayPal transaction. Is that enough as a document to present or not?

The product, a cooktop, I bought from an official shop on eBay, so it is brand new.

You should have asked for an invoice or fiscal receipt at the time of purchase.

If you bought it from the brand’s official store, there is no difference between the seller’s warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty.
