eBay activity canceled
Hi everyone,
this is the first time I’m writing here and I have a rather unusual problem. The day before yesterday my account was used to buy some things through my card for a total of €200. I contacted support right away and everything went fine, refunds accepted, password changed, payment method removed, and so on.
The problem started the next day, when I noticed that my recent eBay activity had been deleted. I had 191 feedback and now I have 186 (the last 5 successful sales have disappeared), then I had an auction with several bids and a “Buy It Now” listing online that have completely vanished and there’s no trace of them anymore. If I search for my latest sales through the sold filter I can’t find them, and if I click on “listing summary” in the sales section of my account the item doesn’t appear in eBay’s databases; one of these auctions I completed was won and not yet paid for by a person who wrote to me saying they no longer see the completed purchase. I contacted customer support thinking they had suspended my account, but the agent told me I had no restrictions on the account and that everything was in order.
Honestly I don’t know what to do
