Mentore3 years agoVAT for items from outside the EU must be paid even if you buy from private individuals. Ask the seller why; only they know how they registered.
If you don't want to pay this tax, ask them to cancel your order.

The seller doesn't know the reason and confirms it comes from Italy

Mentore3 years agoMaybe he made a mistake on the cap and put the one for a specific area... He needs to contact eBay customer service and ask what it’s about.
