User access authorization
Hi everyone, I just gave one of my employees access to my seller account by selecting all possible permissions. Unfortunately, the section for creating listing templates isn’t visible from their account. Do you know if I made a mistake somewhere, or is it just not possible?? thanks a lot

Mentore2 years agoSorry, but are you referring to the "listing templates"?
Because if that’s the case, only the account owner can create them... which are different from "drafts".

OP2 years agoExactly, I was referring to those. Really strange that they didn't also include those permissions to delegate. If the account holder is managed by the administration of a company, I don't understand why a feature that essentially deals with sales isn't delegable...

Mentore2 years agoLet's say it's enough to have a model, or a couple of models depending on the types of items, it's absolutely not necessary to create them every time.
So based on the available models, your employee can easily put the items up for sale.
