Have you ever bought from grandestore?
I bought a Nintendo Switch OLED on December 23, the shipping date was scheduled from December 30 to January 2, but on December 25 I received the shipping email. I go in to check the code but there is no tracking code. I go to contact the seller in private chat and send two messages where I still haven't received any response. What should I do, wait or speak directly with an eBay agent?

Mentore1 year agoMaybe you didn’t realize that the 25th and 26th were public holidays, so... even if the shipment was marked... the package couldn’t have been sent.
You need to wait patiently until January 3... if it still hasn’t arrived, you can open a report... it’s pointless to do it before then:
