I need help picking up my first package
For the product I ordered, it shows that it was delivered to the pickup point where I need to collect it on February 8. Today is the 13th and I still haven’t received an SMS with a code for pickup. Is it normal for it to work like this?

Mentore2 years agoYou can try going directly to the FermoPoint... some malfunction can be tolerated.
