Start a return with a dispute for an item not yet arrived still open
I had opened a report for an item not received; meanwhile the item has arrived - not as described and now I can't start the return because the previous report is already open.
I believe I understand that if I closed the first report, then I wouldn't be able to open another one for the same item.
What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoYou can’t open another one for the same item and for the same reason.
Instead, the case of opening a procedure for non-compliance is explicitly предусмотрено, after closing the one for item not received.
If your item has arrived and you want to return it in exchange for a refund, you need to cancel your item not received dispute and open a return request.
