electric lawn mower battery purchased on 23.04.2022
I purchased on 23.04.2022 a portable electric lawn mower/edge trimmer with two 1800 W batteries. One battery stopped working in less than a year. The seller I tried to contact no longer exists. How can I be refunded with a replacement for the faulty battery, since the item is still under warranty? I am attaching the eBay order

Mentore3 years agoThe legal guarantee can only be offered by the professional EU seller... if they’ve disappeared and therefore ceased trading, I don’t see how you could enforce it...
