Bike arrived broken
Hello, I need to receive a refund after a purchase arrived broken. They told me that we made a dispute and we have to receive the refund directly from ebay. Can you tell me how to do it? Thanks.

Mentore2 years agoIf... no one knows who... told you that you opened a dispute, are you aware that you actually opened one?
If so, follow it carefully and don't let it expire due to inactivity, asking eBay to step in if the seller does nothing.
If, on the other hand, you haven't opened the request... open it:
