Bike arrived broken
Hello, I need to receive a refund after a purchase arrived broken. They told me that we made a dispute and we have to receive the refund directly from ebay. Can you tell me how to do it? Thanks.

Se si, seguila attentamente e non farla scadere per inattività, chiedendo l'intervento ad ebay in caso il venditore non faccia nulla.
