It needs to be written
Summary: acta2018 shares their positive long-term experience on eBay, emphasizing the importance of using traditional mail for communication to ensure attention and a higher response rate. They provide a specific address and encourage others to send letters for better outcomes with the platform.
I’m 73 years old and I’ve been on ebay since 2005 with more than 800 positive buying and selling transactions, except for one person who didn’t return the goods after the refund.
I read a lot of complaints about e bay and from experience I suggest you write letters (like people used to do) and not send emails, messages, ws, chat etc because they arrive by the millions and get thrown away.
Letters, on the other hand, no, because the recipient pays special attention to them, understands the time spent, the postage costs, etc. and 90% of the time replies in writing to the individual person.
They have always replied to me and in some cases they came to meet me halfway and we solved it.
I’m giving you a useful address:
eBay GmbH
General management
Albert Einstein Ring, 26
14532 Kleinmachnow
Germany
Regular letter with 1.35 euros postage to be dropped in a “working” mailbox
Best regards to everyone
