Good morning, I have a blocked account.
To unlock it, I had the chance to speak with a representative in chat who, after I explained the problem, told me that I should send a copy of my ID and a bill (showing my residence) to the email customerhelp_it@ebay.com
Is this a reliable procedure, but above all does this email exist?
