I think it's because you sell refurbished items, disguised as "used"...

Have you ever thought about joining the "Refurbished" program, since you also provide a warranty?

If you say you're a professional seller and act like one, it's obvious they block you, since you're using a private account.

How do you publish your VAT number? Since it's one of the various legal requirements, for a professional seller.
