payment object funds block
I sold an item that shows as DELIVERED. I see a hold on the funds " It was not possible to confirm delivery because the shipping postal code does not match the delivery address postal code." can anyone tell me if it can be unlocked and the reason given the order status?

Mentore2 years agoYou're not an active seller, so you're considered a new seller and the hold applies regardless of delivery:

So you have to wait at least 15 days.
