Payment block for "unpaid items"
Every time I make a purchase and go to pay, I get this message:
We’re sorry, but you can’t make bids or offers because of the various unpaid items on eBay.
Go to My eBay, select Purchases and complete your pending payments so you can continue making bids and offers.
You can also search for other items with the Buy It Now option and pay to complete your purchase.
But I don’t have any unpaid item...and in fact, there isn’t any unpaid item in my purchases list either. I’ve made dozens of purchases since 2021, all successful.
What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoApparently over the course of 2023 you accumulated several unpaid items...
Maybe you need to wait until the new year for your limits to reset... or ask support:

OP2 years agoI have never accumulated any unpaid item, neither in 2023 nor in previous years... I have been an eBay user forever.
I have always bought and paid promptly every time.
I don't understand....
Is there a phone number for eBay support?
... by email it is increasingly difficult to get immediate answers, and I'm in a bit of a hurry to buy an item that's running out in my shopping list.
