Return block because there is no record of it being sent
Good morning, my return and refund request was cancelled because I didn't know I had to send the shipping confirmation photos. How can I do? I didn't use your label, but I shipped the package with BRT .

if the request is marked closed, you can try to appeal... but you should have entered the tracking promptly.
