Italian Post blocks shipments to the USA, cheap alternatives

Good evening, starting from the end of August Poste Italiane has suspended shipments to the USA, I have another eBay account as a seller and I can't find economical or not outrageous alternatives from competing couriers. Let's hope this situation ends soon, in the meantime how are you currently shipping to the USA? Do you have valid and economical alternatives (customers complain). Thanks

At the moment on Packlink, there don’t seem to be any shipping services available for the USA.
