Brt Bartolini damn packages
Good morning, this is already the 3rd time that Bartolini has damaged the contents even though they were well protected and packaged, despite being insured I file a complaint and they don’t want to refund you ... this isn’t okay eBay needs to take action...

In the meantime, avoid choosing BRT as the courier.
