BRT lost my shipment sent via eBay, insured
I made a shipment with Packlink (the shipping system from Ebay), insuring the parcel for the sale value. It was a used item, and now Packlink is asking me for the purchase invoice, giving me a couple of days for that product so they can compensate me; otherwise they will close the case. But since the item is from 2022 I no longer have the receipt, and besides I am abroad to ask for a copy at the store (which may well be closed for vacation).
What should I do ?

Mentore2 years agoBut with all due respect, when you pay for insurance, do you read the terms and conditions of that optional extra?
It is clearly stated, like with all couriers, that to make use of the insurance, the purchase invoice is required... if you don't have it... you can't use it... unfortunately the answer is simple.
