If it wasn’t working, you could have asked for a return and refund for non-conformity. You had 30 days with the eBay procedure, why didn’t you activate it?
Hi, I didn't activate it because the supplier, in order to confirm that the wind turbine wasn't working, asked me in several steps to do various tests and send him videos of the tests with different wind and battery conditions. He also asked me to get a tool to measure wind intensity (anemometer) and to take some measurements, more measurements.... and just to do all these tests a month and a half passed.
Then when the supplier, after this whole series of tests and counter-tests that lasted about a month and a half, finally admitted that the turbine did NOT work at all, he asked me to send it back and said he would give me a full refund (if you want, I can send you all the WhatsApp screenshots with all the written conversations, the shipping documents, the videos proving that the turbine never worked, etc)... so I packed it up and sent it back to him... but he didn't give me any refund, first saying that it was Ebay that wouldn't let him do it... and then that anyway if I didn't have Paypal they couldn't do it. Next week I'm going to the Postal Police in Cagliari to file a Complaint for Fraud.
If you didn't use PayPal, you will have paid by credit card and so you can agree on a chargeback procedure with the bank that issued the card to get the money back. Bring them all the documentation and the return tracking.
