Hi everyone,
I'm running into an odd behavior in the handling of domestic shipping costs with a rate that varies based on the item's weight. In general the calculation works correctly, except for ZIP code 23030.
In this case, the shipping cost shown to the buyer does not follow the set rule and seems to be calculated differently (probably ignoring the weight-based rate).
Has anyone had similar experiences?
