Bug on transactions and payments
I won an item at auction and paid with PayPal, but even though I paid, if I look at the cart it still shows as unpaid.
I check the dashboard of purchases made and the same item shows as paid.
At this point I checked the PayPal account on the official app and the payment is there, but if I go to the bank account the payment still doesn't show as completed.
What's happening, what should I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf it shows as paid on your order summary, wait.
